"Blood Donation, Hugs, and a Resilient Budgie Revival"

Ok so the first dream before I went and ped was like I was at the doctors donating blood but then they started taking way more than what I said I would give. Then the rest of the dream I was just really tired and weak and kept complaining. Then I was walking and I was weak so this one random guy decided to hold my hand so I didn’t fall Posr ped Second phase I was in school and this teacher was like “you ______… you just needed a hug” then hugged me, basically he was saying about how before when I was being rebellious and stuff in middle school, I just needed a hug. Then later in the dream I was laying down I think and he came and he gave me another big hug. He was wearing a green sweater I think…? So then later the school was telling us about a nuclear radiation accident and how the football team and everyone in the north wing during that time died. The people who were radiated had reddish eyes. Then I was in some darkish room and I found this adorable little budgie, I captured it then gave it a bunch of food then I tried to make it fly but I think it died but then revived right after?? Like it lost all its feathers and toes but then came back to life and all its feathers and toes grew back. Then the next moment it spread its wings tryna fly so I took it on my hand and kinda threw it? Like how u make birds fly but I think it fell again
